What is your point? What does it matter? It actually does not look that bad without them, better than I thought it would. Maybe they were missing when he bought the car. Or maybe someone stole them, or perhaps he got desperate and sold them for crack. It looks pretty obvious that the paint is not factory looking, and like stated earlier the sail panels are not colored like that stock, and do not normally match the cars paint. So the guy BS's about his car, he ain't the first. It is up to the listener to make of what someone says. Some people are full of s$%t completely, others just a bit. I just think your need for explanation on such a trivial matter is humorous. And to pick on the kid for the reasons you are make you look like the dumb one. The whole point....I think......of this thread was to show an awesome car done up with a huge engine with tons of power that you really don't see very often and show other Mustang lovers something interesting, instead its all negative meaningless crap. I could give a rats ass if the owner lies about his car but I did enjoy looking at the car and imagining the goofy grin I would have on my face if I were the owner of that car driving that car around in the country on a summer day on a smooth rode with no traffic and no cops and playing with the power of that car. ( but forever would I be yearning for the explanation as to the reason for the removed body moulding) Perhaps if a reward were offered for information related to the explanation for said moulding we could get to the bottom of this most important situation.
