Car collections like that leave me with mixed emotions. Yea, its an awesome collection, and these people are definitely contributing to the hobby, but it's guys like these that are also part to blame for the insane prices of '60s era muscle these days. That market is slowly turning into a rich man's game, and these guys are definitely influencing that.

As those cars go out of reach the prices of late 70s and 80s cars will also increase as people without that much cash look to get in the game.

That's nice and all, but how could you really enjoy them? Everything crammed in so close you can't even open the doors, let alone start or drive them.

side note, i saw that budwiser U1 boat get beat by a piston powered Mastercraft Tire boat one year at Thunder on the Ohio in Evansville. Those boats are crazy fast.

I think that is a great collection. In the overall scheme of things, it is nice to know that future gearheads, who may not even be born, will have the opportunity to see these vehicles in such great shape.

So the guy that owns that collection has to make a least 50K or 60K a year

That was just not right, literally millions of dollars worth of merchandise there

That is a pretty rediculous collection, and it even looks like they all have tags on them.

That 02 ZL1 camaro is a pretty baaad ride. I'll bet that guy wastes more money on insuring those cars for a year then i make in 5 years

Somone said this before about collector cars, cant remember who. Collector cars are like having a hot girlfriend with aids, nice to look at but you cant ride them without consequences.

Totally agree, no use having something if you don't use it, and the once a year ride is nowhere worth it for those cars, yeah there nice but not worth it to me, if they were mine I would truthfully sell almost all of them, and not even near the collector price at that.
Would definitely have to keep one of those gto's.
