Sync loss and bucking

Replaced distributor an updated firmware trying to get full sync which i was able to do but now when im driving i keep getting sync loss and bucking.

New log with surging. I updated injector dead times but I'm not sure if they are right.

Thought if dead times were off could cause bucking.

Unless I miss understand your issue, your title was saying "Sync loss", witch I didnt find in your log. Here's what I suggest cause you have idle hunting. First, switch back to "Open loop idle" and find out the right "Idle Warmup duty steps" setting and make sure it idle like it should. After, go back to "Closed loop idle".

I may have misworded it. When i said "sync loss" i was referring to it not running sequential and staying batch fire. I was not getting "full RPM sync"
