Synchro job is done!

Just picked up the car today after it being at the dealer for a week. New synchros are great. No more noises. Car sounds much better. I really couldn't beleive how bad it was until now. Dealer didn't say anything or have any questions about what mods have been done to the car. Paid my $50 deductable and job is done. If I didn't have warranty then the job would of been around $1500 or so. Only downside is now the car will be in the garage for the winter.

how did your synchros go out already? get shifter if u dont already have one

Because it was a 3650, they have syncro issues. Thats cool you only had to pay 50 bucks! did you have an extended warranty or something?

Yeah I have an extended warranty that is good up to march 2009.
Also get a free loaner whenever car is in shop.

lucky bastage!!! My 3rd gear synchro went out like 2-3 weeks ago. I just skip thrid until i can afford a tko600. Since i have no warranty on my gt.
