t-5 input shaft???

I am beginning a new project and am in need of a t-5 tranny. My biggest problem is that I need a 94-95 5.0 tranny for my truck becuase of the length of the input shaft. Can these shafts be swaped out from year to year or will they only fit in the 94-95 5.0. Will the later 5.0's work?

You can swap the input shafts from the 94/95 to a 93 and earlier T-5 but you have to use the bell housing as well. You may also need to lengthen the drive shaft too.

Do you know if it a direct swap or are there any other parts that need to be swaped too? I can find older t-5's but I need the longer input shaft that the 94/95 has. The bellhousing is not that of a mustang rather from a ford aerostar with a 1/2" adapter plate between the bellhousing and the trans. As long as I can swap the input shafts out then this will work for me.
