hi
i want to know with how many horse-power t5 can to be work ?

now in my 67 mustang i have 302 ho with carburetor
but in the future i want to rebuild him to 350-400 horse-power
and i want to know if the t 5 broken ?

anther question is
how can identify flywheel betwin 28OZ to 50OZ
?

Transmissions are generally rated in ft/lbs of torque and not HP. The T5 in stock trim from a V8 mustang is rated at between 265-315ft/lbs of torque depending on the year. The 285ft/lbs T5's are the most common.

Sounds like it should be fine with your existing motor but you'll be pushing it with a 350-400 HP engine. You may need to rebuilt using a performace kit..

To tell the difference between the flywheels, look at the size of the weight cast into the flywheel. 50oz weights are obviously larger. I guess it's hard to tell until you've seen flywheels with both weights. A local machine shop should be able to tell you, or read off the part numbers to a Ford dealer.
