Ok, so i changed my gears to 3.73's from 2.73's, so i decided to go ahead and swap out the clutch. pulled out the tranny, swapped the clutch and bolted it back up. Filled it with tranny fluid from the top because it's about impossible to fill via fill plug. my buddy took out the fill plug and crawled underneath to tell me when she was full. put the plug back in and went for a drive, noticed it was leaking fluid. From what i could tell it was coming out of the fill plug so i took it back out and rtv'ed it up real good and put it back in. I don't think it's leaking there anymore, but now it's coming out of the tailshaft and getting on the driveshaft and slinging it up on the underside of the car and exhaust. It doesn't really seem to leak much just driving easy and cruising around. But when i get on the interstate and really get the tranny spinning it gets worse. Is it possible it's just overfilled? did my seal go bad? i already drained it and refilled it once because i was worried i was running low on fluid, but it didn't seem all that low. where should the fluid level be? i had the car as level as possible and the fluid was up to the fill hole. i don't think i'm losing all that much fluid but it's smells terrible and i'd like to remedy the problem. thanks, Matt
