Does anyone have any information on a t-56 to 5.0 mounting issues. My problem is I do not know which starter spacer plate I need to use. Will the stock t-5 work? Do I need to call Mcleod? The t-56 I have is from FRPP and is made for the 5.0 block. I just do not know which plate I need to use on this engine. I have not mocked anything up yet as I am trying to get a gameplan together before I do the install.

the stock spacer plate will work although you have to grind a little spot down on the driver side i beleive (its been 2 years since the last time i took the tranny out)...everything else just slides into place
