Just make sure you do your homework with header fitment and cable clutch. Has been a popular topic on this board, do a search and you will find plenty. Many people (myself included) went hydraulic clutch. Although about twice the cost, you avoid fitment issues with headers etc.

I have the MD setup in my '65 and I'm totally satisfied.

You can cycle the clutch with your hand.

Even with stock manifolds there can be clearance issues. The 69/70 351w manifolds (they are different on the drivers side) would not clear my clutch cable setup on my 67. I used a modern drive line setup. My headers are custom build so I don't have clearance issues.

I've got a 73 and my rig job on my Tremec swap made a hydralic setup the way to go. I think I spent about 200. You can check out my parts list here. http://webpages.acs.ttu.edu/jikelly/Tremec page.htm
