T5 swap question-what are the two bolts I need from the hardware store?

Hey folks,

been through this 1000+ times before and searched again too...I know that two of the AOD trans to bellhousing bolts are too short. Trying to line things up beforehand...anyone know what thread/length bolts are needed for the swap?

Searched again, sorry to beat a dead horse.

You could just use washers to take up the extra space.


I don't have any handy myself however to tell you size and thread stype sorry

All of my AOD bolts were fine except the top two,which were too long for the T-5 bell housing (needed shorter bolts for the T-5).I got new 7/16 thread bolts at the hardware store.I bout 4 of everything almost ($1.49 a pound).

thanks...how long would you guesstimate?

How long would you estimate I would need? Is there a difference corse thread or fine thread?

top two are 1.5" long

bottom 4 are 2" long
