T5 Trans Help Needed.

I recently had to replace my T5 transmission in my 1988 foxbody gt convertible, when I went to check out the new trans and took the top cover off a small pin fell out from the top of the cover. I've searched and searched and can't seem to find where this little thing goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can get my fox back on the road. Thanks Tim

Did you pull the neutral safety switch? There is a pin in there if I am not mistaken.

Thats it! It's been killing my brain since what i thought i saw was it fall from the bottom of the cover. Thank you so much.
