T5 Trans Leak

Recently bought a 82 gt and the trans was swapped from a 4 speed to a t5 . I believe the it is leaking trans fluid where the speedometer cable goes into the trans?

There should be an O ring on the cable...Notice the groove in the cable housing where it mounts to the transmission. The lower part of the cable in the picture is the transmission end.
