I have a new T5 Z-Spec 5 Speed installed on my 91 lx 5.0, is it ok to gear down when slowing down? is it bad for this T5? does it screw up the synchros? or is it just better to put the shifter in neutral and use your brakes? I know power shifting will hurt it badly so I will not do that. it goes into the gears now like butter I have the pro 5.0 Tower Shifter and I have 4.10s it is so smooth. 1st gear I can use cuz it's 2.95 it's so awesome this T5.
