T56 question

I did a search and turned up nothing for our 94-95 cars. I am also currently looking online for some more info, but wanted to ask you guys incase someone has already looked into it. Can a 2003 Cobra T56 be swapped into our cars? I know the 4.6 GTs use a T-45, but I didnt know if all the T56's were similar and I would just need a different bellhousing and T/O bearing retainer? Any input is greatly appreciated, because I found a good priced used T56 out of a wrecked '03 Cobra. I know the tranny tunnel needs work on our cars to make it fit, but Im dieing for a T56 in my car!

I had a T-56 on my 95. The complete install kit from there is direct bolt on except for 4 holes you have to make on for the bracket for the tranny mount. I believe its about 3k if I remember right.
