Tach / Rev limiter ?

The factory tach in my 90 5.0 mustang is broken. it was that way when i bought the car. I plan on buying a dash mounted one with a shift light anyway. my question is. At what RPM is the ecm rev limiter set at? Thanks for any help with finding the answer.

6250 RPM, but I would set up the shift light so that would come on way before that.
