I know street racing is stupid any way you look at it. I'm not one that has enough control to never street race anybody. However I do not race on the freeway. Seriously what does it prove??? Just about any car can go 100. People are morons. btw I know racing light to light isn't any safer, no need to inform me. thankyou

I'm going to have to agree with the street racing thing.....I don't think you can call that street racing, sounds more like road rage and or just stupid people. But, I wasn't there so that's just my opinion. Street racing isn't good on any level, but atleast people should be smart enough to know when it's more appropriate to "take that risk" then others. My first rule, never do it when there are other cars around you that are total not involved with your actions.

Hey Guys:

The "old man" in me is going to come out...

Any time that you are pitting your car against another car while in motion on a public venue is street racing plain and simple... Furthermore it is absolutely unjustifiable under any circumstances... You never know if there is, or will be someone else that just happens along... All of you know that I race my car all the time AT THE TRACK... If I kill myself, another competitor, or even a spectator at the track -- well we all knew the risk when we walked through the gates...

I subscribe to the motto of RASR - Racers Against Street Racing....

- If you think your car is fast...
Prove it at the track!!!

*Taking a young and stupid pill*

Okay - I'm done...

some things you can't do at the track

you're right tho

that's why you should make sure there's not anyone else around you... then you're risking only your life

be carefull now, you're throwing logic in the face of the world again, and you know how the world hates that....

next thing you know you'll be pointing out how if the truck driver was traveling at a safe speed and distance for the load he had on, that it never would have been an issue.

It was a Harley F-150. I couldn't tell if it was a new SC'd one or not.

I couldn't agree more. Go to the track or go to a sanctioned time trial event like Speed Week, Silver State Classic or something like that.
