Sweet....If your flying Pratt engines...think of me....I make the parts making that mofo boot like it does...We just had 2 A-10s and 2 Harriers come to the local airport last week..It the 25 Anniv for the plant this year....They took us all outside for a fire-drill...ya right, next thing we hear is 2 Harriers doing low alt fly by over the plant...it was bad ass for sure...they circled round and came back again...cops in town were pissed...no one told em it was gonna happen...they got all kinds of calls.... :nice:

We had a new Raptor engine on display...the F/15 Hornet is way cool for sure...a Raptor would be WOW....I envy you for sure...Eat a big breakfast.... :p

Edit...
F15...chit thats only one at 30k :D ...F16 with 2 at 22k would be a hoot....F15, thats GE powered??? F??? something powered...??

Yeah I prefer the GE engines actually...I've worked on 16's with them mostly, but here at Luke AFB all the 16's do have the Pratts.
Thats funny about the cops and the fly by!!!
Yeah the F-22's (Raptors) are awesome, I was staioned at Edwards for 3.5 yrs...where the flt test them. I've been all up on them, and they are impressive compared to a F-16! Although I was suprised Pratt got the contract (just use to AF people hyping the GE)
The 16 only has one engine, but is alot smaller than the F-15 (with 2) and the 16 also manuvers ALOT better!

Oh and a big breakfast...lol PUKEY time!

When I was stationed at Camp LeJuene, NC I listen and watch all of those jets fly over from Cherry PT and imagined being in one and it must just be an amazing feeling. Look forward to hearing about the exp. Have Fun! :nice:
