taking out door panels??

ok ive got all the screws undone except for the two bolts in the armrest covered by plugs. what size/tool do i need to get the bolts out, the plugs are already out, but i cant get these guys out!!! ive used 1/2 inch and 7/16 nut drivers and neither one of them grabs it! please help me i only have a couple more days here at home, and wanted to get these new door handles put in. thanks in advance.

Hey try a 3/8, it's the closest to a 10mm and it'll work if the bolts weren't put in by a gorilla.

BTW, those black clips that hold the door panel on can be bought at Advance auto over where the "Help" branded products are. They sell them in boxes of 15 for I think around $4. Each panel uses 12.
