Tall valve covers clear Cobra intake?

If they are for "carb" applications, probably not.

I am not sure if this is going to help but I have the trick flow tall valve coverswhich are about 4 inches tall for my roller rockers and I had to use a 1" spacer on my trick flow upper and lower. The 3/8ths that I bought wouldent allow the throttle cable thingy to clear. You may be able to get away with a 3/8ths if you get a throttle body spacer. 1" spacer makes the hood rub on the upper so you might have to bang in the hood supports just a tad to get it all to fit in there.
