Tar on seats

Got some tar on my leather seats. Anybody know how to get this off without ruining them? Thanks.

say hello to your new best friend called WD-40, works like a charm, Im not sure to what extend it will do to the leather, but I know I had tar all over my ****ing winshield, and my brother suggested WD-40 and it took like 2 minutes to take it all off....
