Well tax time is here, and Im getting a decent check back from uncle sam. FINALLY gonna dump a few bucks into the stangs along with paying some bills of course. Heres the plan:
My 90 GT:
used/clean pony rims, with some 245's in the back 225 front
6 pc smoked headlights.
freshen up the stock 302 with all new gaskets, rings, bearings etc..
Explorer gt40 intakes
Explorer gt-40p heads
Rebuild or replace my t-5... should be nice having all 5 gears again
3.55's or 3.73's not sure yet.
Maybe try to find a 2.5" cowl hood for cheap to get rid of this horrible "twin turbo" monstrocity between the fenders
new black carpet.
My girls 86 GT
Replace all the leaky gaskets on the motor going into the car. (88k on it)
new torque converter
used/ clean pony rims. probably 245's and 225s for her too.
new black carpet and headliner.
dye the rest of the porno red interior black
New dash pad
New or lightly used h-pipe and cat back
Just want to make the cars enjoyable to drive and look halfway decent.
