SaleenGT2001 said:well i know it would take me at least 2 years to save enough cash to but the KB straight out. the reason i'm wanting to get everything now is b/c i'm getting married in september. i want to get all this stuff done before i get hitched, while i still can!!!! i just called KB and the total price is $5632 for the 1.7 IC kit with the big tube intake 90mm mass air and switch chip.

Its simple...you make more then you owe/spend then you have a surplus leftover.Your 22 now, in 10 years you will hopefully be where I am and 6,000 won't seem like so much. I've spent a good 12,000 on my car over the past year bringing it back from the dead. I still have about 8,000 to go this spring before it will be finished. I've had this car since 96 and i'll have it another 20 years so its a worthy investment to me. I own both my houses and my cars are all paid. Now if I owed even 1000 dollars on my car that would have to be paid off before I considered buying mods. KEEP YOUR DEBT LOW!!!! If I hadn't I wouldn't have been able to invest in the things I have. Please pay off your car before you put a KB on it. Also at your age 6,000 dollars could be used to invest in a rental condo or something to help you later in life.SaleenGT2001 said:i really want to know if everyone really pays cash for their MAJOR mods. i just cant see how anyone could drop $6000 cash money for a KB!!
