TB Cleaned, question

I cleaned my TB because it was sticking. I sprayed it with TB cleaner, moved the butterfly and sprayed also. Now it doesnt stick anymore but now when I give it gas the idle will stay up and only come down after I tap the pedal. What options do I have now?

It's probably your TPS sensor going bad.

Thanks that does help.
It was odd that I cleaned it and then the idle would stay high.
The reason I cleaned it was when I would go to give the car gas the pedal didnt have the soft touch it would normally have. After I cleaned the TB that stick dissapeared but the high idle came down.
