I have a question I have a basically stock 5.0 with a C&L MAF and C/A intake, coil,etc.. I have a 70mm tb, is that too big for my combination and could that let me loose hp? Would the stocker be better? I know it has been talked about but never really answered my question.

I think the stocker or a 65mm would be best until you do mods that really require more airflow. If you've already got the 70mm TB try both the 70mm and the stocker and see what feels best on the car.

Agreed as previously stated. 70MM is too big for basically stock applications. I didn't upgrade to a 70 until the blower went on.

Agreed. I just put on a 65mm on my Cobra intake and I am not sure if the extra power is from TB or just a better intake.

Yes I am interested in selling only about 500 miles driven on the car since and still looks new, I say 100 plus EGR plate and shipping.

you don't even need a 65 until you make more power. i'm using a 65 with my gt40p heads and intake. stick with the 60 stocker.
