my first traffic collision ever and it had to be in my baby . I came out of a corner with too much throttle and the back end slipped out and i did a 180 across three lanes and up onto the median...

So what you're saying is too much torque? Lol sorry. Not making fun of the situation. That sucks and I'm glad your ok. Just pointing out the irony.

I actually did this too. Flew around the corner sideways and there was a puddle. Went side ways and into the median. I just jumped right into it and ripped off the intercooler pump. I got it fixed real easy for no money at all. no major damage and nothing long lasting. But I completely know how you feel. I ALWAYS turn off my TC every time I get in the car. I lose traction too much and every time (except once) it is under control. I'm sorry to hear this and I hope all goes well. Moral of the story...BE CAREFUL WITH TQ. The End.

I always turn the TC off when there is no water on the road, but when there is water on the road I just leave the crap on. Of course a random puddle and some spirited driving could find me in the same situation and I would be on here asking for a support group too. I would probably cry actually lol.

Ford should have included the T-lok in these cars!!!

or at least had them as an option

big mistake on their part . . .

pictures will come i think i was too sad at the time to take pictures but i think ill get some soon. It was dry but the road was like freshly redone and it was a hot day. im glad im ok too but i was crying about my car, it will be back hopefully.... my parents found my negligence in the 2nd ticket in the glove box too so well see.

but until pictures my back right wheel fell off and the back right fender is dented up and the brake fell apart and when they towed it off the median the guy ripped off my front bumper....
