I'm thinking of getting some. Who has them? Can you move the motor around with them? Are they too solid for an everyday commute, too much vibration? Who has the best pricing?

I don't know about too much vibration or not but I can attest to too much wallet-drain (at least for my already stretched wallet)

they will transmit vibration. the best part about them is they don't brake. When you floor the gas the motor stays still it make the car fill quicker...key word is feel haven't tested can't tell ya' if you have an early '67 car you'll need to drill a extra hole in the plates jb edit- the tcp mtor mounts are cheaper than the three or four motor mount combined, that my car used to brake a year! I winced when they told me $150...three months befor they showed up at my door for $250 ....Porsche 911 race mounts are only $129!

I saw them somewhere for $180. If I can get them for that, it won't be much more than the stock parts to convert my i6. usedtobe 67p51d, Is the vibration an issue for you? Is it just there or is it annoying?

my car has globalwest competion spring,50 series tires, tcp subframes 1&2,dr gas shocks, rollbar, boss 302 chassis supports,& big swaybars. the vibrations I feel are many...but I think most comes from my driveshaft angles-tremec I don't want to cut the floor first I'm trying an aluminum drive shaft, if that wont work it's tunnel time! but to answer your question yes It makes the car feel rickety

They have a little more vibration than stock but they do pin the motor from moving...

They look awesome too...

Lakewood makes HD mounts, too. Less stiff than PU but better than normal replacement mounts.

I have the TCP mounts on my 66 and I love them! They do transmit more vibration than normal, but I like to FEEL what the engine is trying to tell me.

I have the polyurethane one from Prothane, I think thats who makes them. They are about 100$ and I got them from NPD. They are just like the stock mounts only no rubber but poly and then have a metal clasp over top so if the poly ever does give the clasp will catch the engine from jumping.
