im sure that this has most likely been covered already...and for that i apologize..lol.. but i am building a 2v and want to use a teksid block for the apparent reasons. so what is necessary to change on the block itself to use the 2v parts.. i have read in other forums that the block has to be modified to use the 2v heads.. so anyone that has done this please help. i would just like to know what i am getting into before i start.

use the 2 valve parts off your old motor on the teksid. or buy new ones. but its a modular 4.6. it should be the same.

you have to drill a coolant passage on drivers side, just lay a head gasket on it and you will see where. the timing components are different, dowels and guides. not sure of exact parts needed but ones from an alum. block 2v should work(explorer?)
