Template is 0.020" off - is that a big deal?

I made my own Shelby drop template tonight. After rechecking the "new" holes on the template, one is .020" off from the other one. Basically one hole is slightly lower than the other hole. That isn't a lot, do you think that would be a problem or should I make a new template?
(Sorry, but for those of you who haven't figured it out yet I am anal retentive!)
