I am trying to get my tensioner pulley off of the tensioner of my 83 5 liter... Removed the circlip and the thing acts like it pressed on? Is it?

Spray the center with Liquid Wrench. By the time you do this for several days, it will either come off easier or you’ll have the answer about it being pressed on and it will still be easier to change.
If there is a clip, that’s not normally a pressed on item. But I have not changed an 83 tensioner.

Thanks.... I am assuming that this is the original from 83 so its been on a while, Used my neighbors press and it was on pretty good, but we got it off..
