Termi swap into 03 GT

I just purchased an 04 terminator complete engine (pan to blower, accessories, harnesses) that I'm going to rebuild and then swap into my sons 03 GT auto but have a few questions.

Since his car is auto I'm going to have to use his engine/trans harness and PCM. I know I have to extend the coil wires for the harness to work and I have the termi engine harness that I can use to splice on the longer coil wires. Is there other wiring modifications I would have to make?

From what I've read (I've been researching a 4V swap myself), the coils are actually reversed in polarity as well on the Cobra engine. You won't be able to run knock sensors on the 2V ECU either. Otherwise, I don't know of anything that's wildly different on the wiring side.

I've heard that too somewhere too. I'll have to pull up wiring diagrams for both cars to see
