I cannot grasp this guys, this car is in Texas. I am all about being proud of where you are from but this takes the cake!

I've seen worse.

While i wouldn't do that to my own car, it doesn't look half bad. It would get old SUPER fast though

At least its an American flag and not just the Texas flag... If he sells it, anyone in America can rock it.

The question is, is it a real cobra?

i don't think it's a chop, i think it's just missing the door moulding.

it's done well and doesn't look that bad, i just wouldn't do it.

looks to me like his double stick tape didn't hold the trim on too well and it fell off

It is a legit photo, it's in a salvage yard awaiting auction. Just not a paint job that I would pick.

ill advised

It's listed as a 93 cobra, has the correct cobra taillights and has the cobra grille. Does any part of the VIN specifiy if it is a real cobra? The interior is black GT cloth style

I think the car was in the back of the mags a few years back. If its the same car then its a real cobra.

If so it is definitely worth restoring, looks to have been an original black car.

I'm 100% american, but a flag themed paint job on a 93 cobra is just whack!

I wouldn't do it, but it's not bad looking, IMO. I'm more of a solid color/two tone guy though. Some cars can pull off racing stripes, but not stars and stripes.

I dunno guys, it may not be real. See how where the door molding came off, it is white. I don't know anyone who would paint it white, then stick the molding on and do the flag thing. I would imagin that they left the molding on the entire time since they are such a pain. In which case if its a cobra it should be black red or teal under there. Could be wrong, just hate to see a rea 93 treated like that.
