I broke the head off one of the screws that hold the TFI to the distributor. Does anyone know the size of the screw? Should I be able to find a replacement in a local hardware store?

think the size is M-4. but the problem is find one with a head that will still go into the hole of the TFI, and still be able to tighten/loosen it. i wound up going to the dealer and buying like a pack of six. cost was about $2.50 PER screw.

Swing by a junkyard and pick one up -- they should be the same for many vehicles over the course of many years.

this special TFI you can pick up at any parts store. price is about $5. otherwise you should be able to get a 7/32 deepwell thin wall in there.
