i've used it to stop slow leaks and nails before. i always carry a can in the car along with a portabel air pump because i really hate changing a tire without a proper floor jack and impact wrench.

as long as your not the poor guy who has to make a repair or replace that tire, then its just a mess.

Exactly. When you have the tire changed out, as you should, he will charge you extra for the cleanup, as he should.

Yes, great stuff, expecially in off road conditions when you can't use a jack is soft ground or sand. I inflated a 12x15 mud tire with just one can.

just make sure you tell them you used it to fill up ur tire. the stuff is highly flammable and usually comes with a warning label u are supposed to attach to the tire after you fill it to warn the person who gets to change it. but i have used it myself and it does work miracles!

That used to be the case, but most if not all the currently available products have been reformulated to eliminate that problem.

Works great on small holes and slow leaks.

ya when I got my car 2 of the tires were dead flat for ages so there must have been small cracks. no more leaks. The tires need to go anyway but its nice not to fill them twice a week.
