The baby powder secret (for the men in the crowd)

This is completely OT, but relevant to the general area... We just had our new baby snipped this week, and I had to watch the whole thing! My little man's little man took it like a green beret 82nd Airborne Fort Bragg badass Cammando! Cried for about 10 seconds and then went to sleep. Talk about traumatic though... I've still got twinges days later and every time I change a diaper. I wish Gold Bond would help that. :(

got stuck in a zipper once! Frank & beans! frank & beans

I dont think i ever zipped up the little man before. But i remember once when i was like 5 or 6 i dropped the toilet seat on it.

Skip all the powders and what not lube'r up with some vaseline. That'll keep them beans from getting all friction burnt. And for ya folks that do a lot of walking might wanna look into some mobil1. :rlaugh:

Eh...no.

Vaseline seriously traps heat in. You may not get friction burns, but you could end up very very uncomfortable.

I agree. We went through the trauma with our son. A wise female friend told us "His future girlfriends will thank you."

We put Bactroban--HEAVY duty antibiotic ointment--on his little man. He was over it shortly.

Be glad you did it now as opposed to 4 when he was getting constant infections. Ouch, ouch, ouch, OUCH! And then, they can remember.

Keep the faith, Budda. :nice:

"Little Man??" Speak for yourself.

I prefer to go "Commando because it gives me the feeling of being long and loose and full of juice. Any more "Commandos" willing to come out of the closet?  :D

So this girl goes out shoe shopping wearing a very short skirt and she's going commando. She's about 5'10" 130 lbs, read hair. CARPETS (though neatly trimmed) match the drapes. HOT AS A WELL PISTOL.

She's trying on shoes for almost an hour, when the shoe salesman, down on his knees in front of her the whole time finally has to say something, "Mam, I just have to say, I could eat your coochie full of ice cream!" She's hugely offended, storms out of the shop an goes home to tell her husband.

"I want you to kick that sob's arse" she tells her hubby.

"NOT GONNA HAPPEN" He says.

"Give me one reason why not," she demands.

"I'LL GIVE YOU THREE" Says hubby, "#1 You've already got 200 pairs of shoes, you don't need to be spending my money on more damn shoes. #2 You were torturing that poor shoe salesman going out like that and you know it. And....#3 any Son of a B*tch big enough to EAT THAT MUCH ICE CREAM, I don't want to mess with.

By the way big fan of Gold Bond.

Dude, it could have been worse.... our pediatrician is an old high school classmate of mine! While I was standing there trying not to "stop, drop and roll" with sympathy pains; the Doc was just snipping awayon my 13-hour-old son. Finally, she turned to me and said, "What's the matter? You thought you were Mister Macho back in Physics class!" Yeah, our pediatrician is a girl; and she knew she had me as close to the short hairs as I wanted her to get! :owned:

Still Dreamin'

Thankfully I missed it when they snipped my son. I think I walked in a few minutes after they were done.

As for the Gold Bond....make sure you're not allergic to it. I found out I was in the middle of the summer in Lake Havasu. And I was landscaping at the time. That was not a pleasent few days for me.
