What's the Best Cold air Induction out there?
Densecharger.com?
Please give me your thought and prices!
Also Horsepower numbers if you guys have them.

Its best to get the triple tune(filter in bay) so I guess the air/fuel doesnt get f'd up.

I would have to say with K&N FIPK or the Descecharger are by the numbers. 5.0 Mustang Magazine did a test of a few Cold air kits a little while back and the K&N did get a couple of more horses out.

The WMS High Velocity Intake kit Gave me the most horsepower and I've tried a lot of other CAI's. Plus the pipe comes in a optional ceramic coating.
www.wmsracing.com Keep in mind that the prices are in Canadian currentcy so the actual U.S. price is much cheaper.The kit also comes with a 95mm MAF that is great.

Is the K&N plastic? Or what?
Also How much HP can I expect out of each one?

Had Mac on my 2001. Just have a K&N drop in now. The MAC was awesome when it was cold, but when it got hot I would get like a chugging when cruising. If I were to buy one I would get a Densecharger or K&N fipk.

I have the KB CAI...works just great. And the K&N filter included in their kit is huge!!

What kind of numbers are you putting down with your setup? Sheesh, you've got to be around the 450-460rwhp mark.

I had the WMS racing ceramic coated CAI on my 2002 GT. Went with the K&N FIPK because of the non-curved design. Not sure im allowed to say this but the WMS is for sale if anyone is interested.

I know plastic cold air intakes are suppose to be better but just a word of warning my friend had an fipk and somehow a hole was burnt through it and caused god knows what to get into his engine needless to say it's not running too well anymore

KB is great with hudge 12" K&N air filter! It's dyno proven to have no restriction, the whole intake package adds over 30rwhp on s/c engine compared with stock intake!
The densecharger apparently looks good under the hood (better than KB) and seems to show very good results on 03 cobras and other s/c engines.

R3VO3VOM, I don't see how a hole can be burned on intake, unless the whole car is on fire
