Google did not take me to any old posts anywhere for any forum on what's the norm to go ahead and change while the engine is out so wondering if there's something here possibly? I just pulled my first engine and it was quite a task though not as bad as expected. I'm putting the motor that's in my sig in a 94 cobra and going to change up a few things. I'll get bbk LT's with an X and probably spintech mufflers, I guess it's likely time for a new clutch as it's a King cobra in there and has been since 2003 and 100 k ago, motor mounts I guess since they look like they have some age. I know we changed them out since the motor swap in 02 but likely has been probably 10 yrs ish and maybe at the lease 50-75 k miles if not more. You can get an idea looking at the pics if they are in the particular few I'll post. I will inspect for front and rear main seal leaks. If new clutch then ofcourse a new rear main would be wise. I might be missing some things I'm sure so fill me in and if there's a sticky let me know too. Actually around 8 k miles had a broken spring on no. 2 and re did the heads and had the car tuned again a year later. Car was running the best it ever had since the swap
