I am about to get a custom chip looking at the Diablo because you can turn off the chip for dealer work. My question is has anybody put those exhaust simulator sensors (on the cats) because I want to remove them along with the air pump, I'm from Cali but moving to Italy. If so how did your car run after that? I also plan to eliminate the governor (Not Arnold) and bump up the rev limiter to about 6000 if recommended by the shop installing it. Can I get some advice or experiences.
Thanks

The chip will probably eliminate that for you.

Your moving to...where??? yet your having all this work done? Unless there's a Cali. city called "Italy"...I don't suppose your gonna pay a hefty fee to tote your ride overseas??

And the Diablo chip will eliminate the speed governer and also ..(I believe..not 100% sure) may bump the rev limiter up.

Never heard of exhaust simulator sensors.I'm having a big guess though that they probably cheat the PCM by making it think there is actually Cats in there ??? Shrugs..

And No one here would figure you'd want to eliminate Arnold. Unless you preffered to have your a$$ beat in Terminator style.

Thanks for that input, I might put those dummy sensors anyway but if the check engine light does come on I will probably try to return them. By the way its free for me to ship my ride to Italy.
