There is a ticking-taping sound only after I turn my engine off it starts out fast and slows tell it stops the engine doesn't have to start it can just turn over and it will do it. It comes from value cover area. So my question is could it be a injector or bad lifters??

Check your spark plug wires. They may be arcing. Also your rocker arms might be loose. After checking your wires pull the covers and check the rockers

I have changed the wires cause one bite the $#!& out of me, so I'll jump to the rockers.

Sounds to me like rockers, however the valvetrain is loud on a fox. pull your covers and check.

Blown exhaust gasket can make a sound just like a loose rocker IMHO....
