The infamous bogging...how do I get rid of it?

Like many of you, I have the bogging issue at cold start. When I start it up, it's not really movable at all. I basically have to cruise around at 30mph in the parking lot so my car can warm up before highway speeds. If I so much as give it half throttle, the car just sits there and eventually stumbles, backfires, everything. Really, really bad at WOT too. At normal temp, the car runs like a champ, no problem at all.

So to combat this I've installed the following:
Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
Fuel Pressure with gauge set around 38
Cap & rotor
Cleaned throttle body and MAF sensor.
Fuel Filter
K&N filter
ECT sensor (I've noticed an somewhat large improvement, but the bogging is still noticable)

That's about it so far. Any ideas on what else I can do? I really can't think of anything else....

sounds like when i crossed two of my plug wires. make sure the firiring order is correct.

If he had switched plug wires ..... his car wouldn't "run like a champ" when it warms up. My car does the exact same thing. I have done all of the things in your list ..... with the exception of changing the ECT sensor ..... and nothing has helped. I just have to let it warm up forever, I guess.

Same problem here. I have to warm the car up and I have new everything.

02 Sensors can cause the same issue if they are on the way out and still not throw a code. ECT sensor also (sounds stupid but make sure the contacts are clean and 100% plugged in)
