What years did the navi come with a dohc 5.4 and also what vehicles can I find a dohc 4.6 (that isnt all that slow). Was planning a project with an '83 coupe and was wanting a dohc engine to go in.
Cheak out mpsautosalvage, they can set you up with the harness and a used engine. You will need a new k member with the right mounts, sounds like an excuse for a maximum motorsports unit.

Yea I know about the K member. Just dont know which one I will go with. also will a mustang 5 spd bolt up to the 5.4 or will I need some sort of adapter plate. I know that I should be asking this on modular fox, but I stay on here more that there so I figuresd why not. Also is there any particular year of heads that I should be looking for? using the P.I to non P.I comparison as an example.......
