Ok, I have been spending all my money and time on my 66 Chevelle for a couple years. Now its time to get my 82 Mustang up and going strong again! Was sort of ready for Mustang week but the hurricane put the kibosh to that!

It sits outside 24/7 so now I have some little rust holes in the windshield and the matching rust in the toeboard to fix.

Had to use rubbing compound on the paint, but she shines a bit again!

So I installed my AFR 185s a couple months ago, and it seems to run fine, but no opportunities to run it.

Harness got chewed by mice, so I got a new one.

Got all new gaslines with braded hose, wahoo.

Front brake hoses were cracked to pieces so I spent all last week getting rusty fittings apart and changed them.

Then noticed my manual rack inner tie rods have huge play. Stock Ford setup, but no parts stores sell one, AZ listed three, all not available. So I ordered a new Flaming River today. Hope it fits.

On the way home from AZ yesterday the drivers Flowmaster fell off, Got my wife to bring tools and got home and fixed it. Will weld later.

Got a gas tank sender to install, but had to fill it up for the hurricane, now need to use up the gas.

Speedo quit.

Still gotta reinstall the MSD!

Love this stuff!

Wow, sounds like you have some work to do. I appreciate you posting, because it makes mine seem a lot simpler now!

That’s not too bad of a list RD.

Your muffler fell off?! That would have scared the crap out of me!

Post an updated picture for us to look at.

I did not take a photo of the muffler when it fell off. It turned around backwards and dragged. It only wore out the nut and the end of the clamp, so it was ok to screw back on.

I did have the head pipe fall off on the big end of a track once. that was scary. Still drove slow to the pits and put it back together. Did have to skip the timing shack.....
