Theoretically there is but realistically it isn't going to happen.

The human polls still make up a lot of the BCS number and in your scenario, the loser will drop enough spots in the human polls to drop them out of the #2 BCS spot, allowing another team, even a 2 loss team, to play the SEC winner.

I don't think we will ever see another 2 loss team make it.

Damn Oklahoma looked unstoppable last night, destroying TT 65-21. Who wants to play them next?

It was a shocking experience. My Wife, friends and I went to the game last night and watched as OU picked our defense apart. I saw a lot of new tactics from their offensive line that I'd never seen before. Not things that were illegal, though there seemed to be a bit of holding that went mostly uncalled (this whole season everyone's been getting away with moderate holds including our guys; officials just aren't calling it anymore), But their blocking was excellent.

Then there was the noise level. WOW!! Our offense didn't have a chance of getting the jump on their defense.

Then there was their fans. Most seemed friendly, but I learned that TTU fans are not the most rude and obnoxious group in the big 12.

Our standing in the polls is going way down after last night. Maybe all those coaches are right though and my team is really overrated.

I'll tell you one thing though, never again will I root for OU to beat anyone.

So now that a national title is out of the picture, what are your hopes for a bowl game? Another tough matchup, or a cupcake?

PS, I don;t think your team is overrated, they beat Texas, and they are still damn good in my book.

Did you see Loadholt, #79? I saw him in person when OU stomped us Aggies a couple weeks ago. He is a BEAST. I want to see him eat.

Ole Miss has a decent team this year and Houston Nutt is a helluva coach. LSU is in deep crap with QB's. We are down to the last scholly player in true freshman Jordan Jefferson. He will be good but he is no where near ready. We sent Perrllioux packing before the season when he couldn't keep his nose clean, literally, and Andrew Hatch went down with a broken leg. Now our RS freshman Jarrett Lee went out in the 2nd quarter of the Ole Miss game with a bad ankle sprain. Plus our defense sucks this season. A lot of people contribute it to co-defensive coordinators. I don't care for the two heads myself.

Utah would not be 12-0 if they played in any BCS conference except maybe the Big East.

Good luck when you will probably face either Florida or Bama in the Sugar.

Neither Hatch nor Lee looked overly impressive even when healthy.

I never really cared for him anyway. I think the defense did well in spite of him. Gave up a lot of points against lesser teams and only won games becasue the offense was so good.

Thing about Hatch is he is a smart QB and would not have made the mistakes Lee did. With both of them healthy they would have made one good QB.
