We don't have flights to Gainesville. Closest would be JAX.

I just saw last night La Tech beat Miss St. A guy I work with has a son playing for Tech. Bet they are happy.

ah, i see. i'll have to figure out what to do. pending pricing, i'd prefer to go to gville to stay with my buddy, and so he wouldnt have to get me at the airport in jaxx on gameday.... so i'll be doing some research, and getting back to you

holy hell.....

tonight, with the Tennessee/UCLA game, both teams look TERRIBLE and it's looking like tenn might even lose! that does NOT look good for us SEC guys. last year's eastern division winner losing to UCLA with their 3rd string QB.... that's just sad

and to think, i was going for tennessee, even though i hate them more than anything, just cause they're SEC. if they disappoint me, i'm going to be pissed....

and the sec loses on a missed field goal in OT.... ugh

Ok explain to me why sec people say things like you did above.

The SEC didnt lose anything, UT did. No one else said oh man the big 10 lost because Purdue did, or the Pac 10 lost because Cal did.

I know you guys like to tell everyone that you play in the best conference in the world all the time but come on. Im not sure if you are trying to convince everyone else or just yourselves.

the primary reason i hate seeing them lose is because it makes our schedule look worse. i mean, playing an undefeated tennessee looks far more impressive than playing one who lost to UCLA. it's all about that strength of schedule, and especially for games in conference......

just my opinion

Big 12 is the best conference..and dont give me any facts to argue agianst this. TTU is gonna win it all

This year its either SEC or Big 12 with the best teams. USC is awsome but no one else in their conf is anygood really. And Ohio State ha dont they always loose to SEC teams in the big game. They beat MIAMI wow they hurt willis so that screwed Miamis chance. WEAK SCHEDULE WITH SLOW TEAMS excluding USC

Ohio will loose to USC and USC will choke to some crappy team agian this year :D

OU and Florida for the national championship.

Anybody catch the BYU-Washington game? What did you think of the penalty call after Lockers TD??? Initially I thought it was merely a bad judgment call by the ref, but the rulebook clearly states that throwing the ball high in the air must be called as un-sportsmanlike. Dumb rule, but the correct call.

Sucked it happend because celebrating should not be a penalty, at least unless its flagrant taunting. But it was a rule the refs were supposed to watch this season and he did throw the ball in the air which is plain as day in the rule book.

I thought it was :bs: he was not taunting the other team/fans or anyone, he threw it up over emotion. Ref's should not decide the game like that

Exactly how did they decide the game? The game was decided by a great push by Cougar defensive lineman Jan Jorgensen to block the PAT. You can't hate on the ref for doing his job. It seems to be a pretty stupid rule, but he called it correctly.

Edit: I forgot to mention that Jake locker is a complete STUD! He is definitely going to be one to watch!
