Nice!! You are gonna get pulled over for sure. If you get some led taillight bulbs they might be more forgiving. They are expensive but bright as hell.

yeah, everyone thinks you can't see the light anymore.mine are perfectly fine.the light shines through it real good.and actually the led bulbs are pieces of **** and make the light dimmer because they don't face backwards and our tail lights use the reflectors on the backside to reflect light out, trust me i had them and took them out 2 days later, they are junk and look stupid.

Looks good.

I'd do it, but my luck some idiot will rear-end me, point out he couldn't see my lights and i would be found partially responsible for modified safety equipment.

My car is just about the same as far as looks black on black, my tail lights are tinted about the same (maybe a lil darker, same method). I've been pulled over twice, no tickets or warnings, but both times I had been exceeding the speed limit 5 or so mph and was sweating bawls over that fact, neither time was the speed a factor, just the cop talking to me about my tail lights. They still light up really well when the brakes applied, but while not applied, they are much dimmer than stock. Sry for the shatty camera phone pic
