ya, fastblue... i set the transparency on the .gif's but never checked them on darker

So what are the rules on sig pictures for size limits? I'm sure its mentioned somewhere but i'm a newb so cut me some slack.

500 by 100 pixels or 19.5k (whichever is smaller).
