Take it to the track! All that talk of running this fast and i'm making this much power ends at the track. It's put up or shut up time. No excuses.

I don't know about the track ending all excuses, have you seen that show pinks? never seen a bigger barage of excuses. As for street racing, I don't condone it, but I'm a hypocrit as much as anyone else... I can't say I've never done it... Although this one time with 2 little old ladies and an oldsmobile something-or-other was worth it all...
Can't believe I lost tho...

Hey, new guy here. I just got into a race last night, it was my 1969 Torino, 351W 400hp, with a T5 and 4:30 gears. I had a heck of a time keeping up with that moped! Now that thing was fast!! racing on the street is stupid, there is no control over your surroundings, anything could happen. Even with good tires, who's to say there isn't any pea gravel on the road. That stuff is like ice. Take it to the track.

Toyota Tacoma's LOL

Just pull 500 bucks out of your pocket and say put your money where your mouth is.

I saw this one hot blonde in a 69 Camaro. She said beat me then eat me. I had to go for it. She sprayed nitrous and layed a pretta bad beating on me.

Street racing is like having sex without a comdom, you just gotta cover your ass on the rest of the map and its cool. Like obviously doing it at night in the BFE where there aint no cops, pedestrians, cars, yadda yadda. Do a sweep of the road first so you know its good to go. Do your stuff and get outta there pronto. Thats how I do it and I dont regret any of it. And if you get caught or wreck your car in the process, well, you're too damn dumb to be racing anyways so just stay home and play video games.
I do somewhat regret running from the cops a couple times, that could have been a load of ****. So I dont do that anymore.

Our track started something called "Sreet Nights" about 2 months back.

What it is is that every last Saturday of the month is for legal street racing, and it will run till ike 12-1AM.Not bad considering for $20 you can race and get like 10-15 runs in with out being bothered.

If you have something like that in your area its defenitly worth it over risking loosing your car and liecens (hell, you do some jail time here...).

Street racing isn`t worth it.

Last night in Toronto an innocent married couple in their 40`s were killed because of two idiot ricers both driving Hondas. One of the ricers slammed into their car.Police said they were racing.

They leave a 7 year old daughter behind.

$20 for one hour? Thats a ripoff. Besides, we dont have a whole lot of tracks out west, they get shut down then turned into tract housing. That happened to the track in Carlsbad (north San Diego) when I lived there and the only alternative was racing at the sports arena but the city shut that down for lack of funding. So its like **** it, get a radar detector and do it out where we aint bothering anybody. Hey, its my tax dollar that pays for it too so in my opinion I can use it as I see fit as long as I aint hurtin anybody

Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
