I recently had my car dynod 480hp on a ****ty tune, and they told me my injectors are at 100% maxed out and said i need 42lb injectors, currently running 30lbers with fmu and 255 pump,my question is Will my fuel pump supply enough fuel without a booster pump and is it even worth going to a 42lb injector.....just seems like a lot of fuel and i dont want to waste my money thanks

480 rwhp = ~560 fwhp = 48# injectors (for forced induction). Even with the fmu I don't see how you're fueling that much hp (would take ~100 psi fuel pressure). Even with the 42's you would still need the fmu.

My SSC makes 441rwhp. I've been running a #GSS-340 255lph pump for years. ( No booster pump).
I'm using 42's with no FMU.
No problems, my A/F ratio is perfect all the way to 6K redline.

With a good tune you'll be fine.

Oh man, you do need at least 42lbs! You should probably go to 60s to be on the safe side, if you want more power. 100% maxed out is not good, no matter how good the tune.
