thinking of buying a tweecer!

hey guys, i was just wondering if its hard to use a tweecer....obviously alot of you guys are using it...i wanna tune my car to the mods i have and fix a little quirks it has....i was wondering if it would be easy for me to use. ohh yeah, and where can i get one and for how much...thanks guys

I would not say it is easy to use but then again ...... IMHO, anyone can be effective at tuning their Stang with it if they spend some time to learn how things in the pcm basically work.
