Thinking of switching from Magnaflow to Magnapacks, will I lose Power?

I want to switch my mufflers from Magnaflow to Magnapacks. Will I lose power by doing this.

When I was looking at what CB to get for my Cobra I called Magnaflow and asked one of their Rep's what the difference would be between the Magnaflow's and the Magnapacks. He said that it will be louder and not much difference in HP, if anything you may gains a little HP with the 'pack's. At least that's what their own Rep told me.
