When I start my car I get the loudest most horrible sounding squealing noise for about 5 seconds then it goes away.. then after driving for a min it comes back but not as loud.. and the squealing goes away when i press in the clutch but as soon as i let off its back.

...Also what shape is the bearing retainer in?

What brand throw out bearing did you use?

84Ttop

They make new pistons every day, so why worry?

Did you inspect the sleeve the bearing rides on for wear? It is a very common problem for them to wear and is usually the cause for most throw out bearings to take a dump.
